General Shipping Information

Shipping and Handling costs vary, depending on total order.

We select the most efficient shipper for each method, depending on destination. For all U.S. and Canadian orders our primary carrier is the United States Postal Service (USPS). However, on occasion we will elect to use other carriers such as UPS or Fed Ex.

In addition to the actual cost charged to us by a carrier for freight we charge a handling fee for each transaction. Therefore, total shipping charges on your order include both a carrier fee (freight) and a handling fee (packaging, labor, facilities, etc.). Total shipping and handling charges are reflected on your order in the line item entitled "Shipping." The total cost for shipping and handling is formulated based on the total amount purchased.

Important Note: Shipping and handling charges for oversized/overweight orders may be adjusted to reflect actual shipping costs. This adjustment may increase the cost reflected on our shipping tables. You will be contacted by email or telephone for prior approval if the shipping charges are to be adjusted.

The shipping options available to our customers include:

• Standard: We use USPS Priority Mail as the first choice and UPS as the second choice. In the United States, "standard" shipments should be received within 4 to 7 business days. Allow two weeks for Canada orders. If an item is on backorder, we will contact you by e-mail to let you know the expected shipping date. We use a tracking number on all shipments so that, if necessary, your order can be easily traced. 
• Expedited 3-Day ($5.00 Upgrade From Standard): For this option we use FedEx 3-Day Express as the primary carrier. If Fed Ex cannot service your area with this option we will use a different carrier. Orders selecting this option will ship the same day if the order is received prior to 9 AM CST. You can expect to receive your 3-Day shipment within 3 to 5 business days of placing your order. We cannot ship Expedited 3-Day to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Some remote areas are not serviced by Fed Ex 3-Day Express. You will be notified by email if this option is not available in your area. If an item is on backorder, we will contact you by e-mail to let you know the expected shipping date.

Important Note About Canada Shipments: Orders for Canada are handled same as United States orders. Our carrier of choice for Canada is the USPS. To ensure a smooth and speedy order process, please make sure that both your billing and shipping information including name and phone numbers are correct. Use the US shipping cost tables to calculate shipping costs to Canada. 

Canadian Customs Charges: We are required by law to reveal the contents of international packages and to state the full value of the shipment, even if the package contains a gift. Customs charges may be levied when the package reaches your country. Cris Vaccaro Soccer is not responsible for these charges and cannot provide estimates as to what these charges may be. You may wish to contact your local customs office for further information.

Standard Shipping Option: U.S. and Canadian orders selecting the "Standard" shipping option (ground) usually ship in two to three business days from date of order. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. If an item is on backorder, we will contact you by e-mail to let you know the expected shipping date. Shipping costs are dependent on the purchase value of your order and the shipping method you select. Your shipping charges will be automatically calculated during checkout prior to the completion of your order. Shipment dates are estimates only. If your delivery or billing information is incorrect your order will not ship until the information can be corrected. To ensure a smooth order process, please make sure that both your billing and shipping information including name and phone numbers are correct.
