Return Policy and
Procedures
If for any reason within 30
days of receipt or your order you are not satisfied with your purchase and you
have not used or worn the product, and you can return the product in its
original packaging, you may return your purchase for a refund or exchange.
Original invoiced shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customer is
responsible for all shipping and handling charges for product return. Important
note: All sales in which a number is printed on the product are final.
Before doing so, however, we require a "Return
Authorization Number" (RAN). We cannot issue any refunds or authorize any
exchanges without a RAN. If you wish to return an item you have purchased,
please email our customer service department at info@vaccarosoccer.comor call at 856.753.1949 and request
a RAN. Once you have received authorization from our customer service
department please return your item(s) to:

If you return your
purchase, please keep these things in mind... For all credit card refunds,
please note that all credits will be placed on PayPal,
used for the original purchase. Please allow 3 weeks from the day you return
your package for your account to be credited.
