- Signed first professional contract in 1980 for the Seattle Sounders of the North American Soccer League (NASL).
- Began Major Indoor Soccer League (MISL) career with Baltimore in 1981.
- An 18 year veteran and an 8-time All-Star of the MISL and the National Professional Soccer League (NPSL), retiring in August of 1997 as the longest-playing individual in indoor soccer history.
- Player / Assistant Coach of the NPSL’s Baltimore Spirit from 1994-1997.
- All-time indoor soccer leader in wins, goals scored, and total points.
- Top 5 all-time in 9 out of 10 other statistical categories.
- Goalkeeper of the Year, 1991.
- Goalkeeper for Puerto Rico’s World Cup National Team from 1988 to 1995.
- Head Coach of the Puerto Rican Under-17, Under-20, and World Cup National Teams, 1995-2000.
- Participated in the Real Madrid Futbol Club of Spain Coaching Seminar.
- Head Coach of Men’s Soccer at Gloucester College (1999-2000).
- Currently conducts and develops the coach and player soccer training programs in Puerto Rico.
- Currently the Assistant Coach for the Women’s Soccer Team and Goalkeeper
trainer for Stockton State College Soccer Teams.
- Currently the Head of Goalkeeping for the State of New Jersey Olympic Development Program (ODP).
- Currently conducts training programs for all level coaches.
- Currently runs the Cris Vaccaro Team and Individual Soccer Training Programs in New Jersey, developed in 1991.
- Currently recruits and consults for several college and university soccer programs.
